InSide-Liminale
InSide-Liminale, is a blog created and edited by Giordana Patumi that tells through PHOTO, VIDEO, TEXTS and INTERVIEWS of the protagonists, the online choreographic project LIMINALE!

The company of Alice Gosti MALACARNE has decided to offer a scholarship to Giordana to create and carry on, in collaboration with Alice and HOME, a parallel path to the project, enriching it with new contents and insights that will let you get into the heart of this new digital choreographic experiment.
Il giardino dell’Eden

A video performance by GIORDANA PATUMI in dialogue with the textile work of SUSANNA CATI.
The performance comes from a study of the frescoes in the Roman villas of Pompeii from which some figures that inspired the creative process have been extrapolated. The ten starting figures were then developed in a choreographic sequence experimenting through some choreological concepts (choreological practice) and with a constant dialogue with the textile work.
Susanna Cati's textile work is LA CASA DEL FRUTTETO, a hand-painted felt carpet with acrylics and natural pigments, 4 meters long and 76 centimeters wide and is a reflection on humanity that comes and goes from places while they remain. The places remain there waiting for us to reach them again.

Psychologists affirm that we store memories by linking them to a where. The association of mnemonic stimuli and geographic places helps us to remember particularly important events and experiences. This process has been named episodic memory formation: images and feelings profoundly linked to a specific place and time.
Teaching
Giordana teaches Ballet, Contemporary (release), Modern (Cunningham based) and Improvisation classes.

Giordana designed and taught Cunningham classes to the BA students of contemporary dance, she gave a lecture on inclusive dance practice in UK at professor Ana Abad Carlés’s invitation and co-crafted a special project based on inclusive practice with university students with disabilities.
